Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was overall beautiful, with breathtaking pool views and a beach nearby. The rooms were fantastic and the staff generally did a great job, but the dining experience was hit or miss, especially with the drinks. While the location is amazing for exploring, it feels a bit isolated with limited entertainment options nearby.
Staying at this resort was such a refreshing escape into paradise. I was captivated by the beautiful jungle setting and unique accommodations; the individual houses provided a sense of privacy and tranquility. The open kitchen and cooked-to-order meals were a highlight, although I hope they improve their environmental practices. Still, it's a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy some peace and quiet. The spa services were exceptional and affordable, which adds to the overall value for money.
I had mixed feelings about my stay. The location is lovely, surrounded by nature and the vibe of a village. However, the hotel needs some serious renovations, and there were cleanliness issues in certain areas. The infinity pool is beautiful, but the dining prices were higher compared to local restaurants, which was a bit frustrating.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at what was marketed as a luxury resort. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, overshadowing any redeeming qualities the property might have. Their customer service left much to be desired, and it felt like I was entirely unheard during my complaints. On the plus side, the breakfast options were quite good, but it didn’t make up for the overall lack of quality and care elsewhere.
Our family had an amazing holiday here, with a lovely villa and beautiful views. The staff was fantastic, and our private beach dinner for my birthday was unforgettable. However, the hotel’s policies regarding refunds were a bit disappointing when we had to leave a day early due to unforeseen circumstances. Overall, it was a restful getaway, but it could benefit from a more flexible approach to cancellations or changes.
